Shipping Policy

If you need to change an order for any reason, contact us immediately at

orders@necesitascafe.com. Provide the app order#, the SKU you need to change, and

the information on what you would like to ship (if applicable). Orders that have been

fulfilled cannot be modified. 

Orders in the queue are processed every business day for the following day. We process the

number of orders we expect to be able to roast and ship that day. You will see shipping

attached to your orders as they are processed for the next day’s roast. That evening, labels are

printed, and the roasters create the next day’s batches. The following morning, we start

roasting and filling your packages.

Shipping locations

We currently only ship in the United States. If you need coffee shipping internationally, please contact us directly at contactus@necesitascafe.com

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, it generally takes 3-5 days. Resulting in your coffee arriving at peak flavor.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight, size, and destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking

We provide order tracking information for most of our shipping methods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order.

Delivery Process

Our deliveries are handled by reputable courier services or carriers. Please ensure that you or a designated recipient is available to receive the package during the estimated delivery window. In case of any delivery issues or delays, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

It is important to make sure that you provide us with accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete customer addresses. If you notice that there is an error in your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct it.
